We will happily accept returns or exchanges of your in-store or online purchases of any unopened/unused items in the original packaging with tags within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in new or like-new condition, have the original packaging, and be accompanied by a receipt or online order confirmation.
Exchanges may be permitted for defective items.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner as your original payment or store credit. Store credits can be used for future in-store purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If a purchase was paid by check, a refund will be issued with a store credit or company check after a waiting period of 10 business from the date of the sale.
If a purchase was paid with a gift card, a refund will be issued for store credit only.
While we process refunds to credit and debit cards the same day, it can take 10-15 business days for you to receive the credit, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If making an exchange, any positive balance we owe you will be refund in the same manner of your original payment or store credit.
For returns after 30 days or without a receipt, we will issue store credit only.
If your pet does not eat the food you purchase for any reason, it can be returned within 30 days in the original packaging with the receipt to be exchanged for a new food or a refund. The UPC must still be on the original packaging. This food guarantee does not apply to treats, supplement, or other ingestible products unless the product specifies that it has a manufacturer guarantee.
